CityMaster Live Repair pairs you with a real experienced appliance technician. Not every repair belongs on a video call. When your technician sees any of the situations below, we will pause remote guidance and recommend a local professional or emergency service.
STOP · REMOTE DIY HALTED
- Suspected active gas leak
- Burning smell or fire condition
- Unsafe energized high-voltage work
- Refrigerant handling
- Sealed-system refrigeration procedures
- Unsafe environment (water on floor near power, etc.)
- Anything requiring licensed or specialized service
Before every session
You'll acknowledge a short safety statement before your session begins. It says, in plain language, that you understand the guidance is virtual, that you'll follow your technician's stop points, and that you'll disconnect power before working on parts.
Emergencies
If you smell gas, see smoke, or believe you are in danger — leave the area and call your local emergency number or utility. Do not wait for a session.
